I’m back and forth between a 3 or 4 star review on these shoes. I bought the Abbey Stone color and have had them about a week. They’re for a summer internship in East Africa where I need nice looking sandals that aren’t open-toed and can suffice for business casual. Pros: 1. freaking adorable; 2. will definitely fit the ex-pat scene’s idea of business casual; 3. no rubbing or problems breaking in; 4. pretty sure the leather is scotch-guarded. Cons: 1. not that comfortable; 2. no arch support; 3. on one shoe’s strap, the elastic is looser than the other. I’ll keep them because they’re seriously cute, but my biggest complaint is that they aren’t comfy. Not that they’re UNcomfortable; I just don’t put them on and think, “wow, these feel good”. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful:

Originally, I bought this shoe in a local store, but after searching online, I found the exact same style for $20 less at Amazon. I am a hairstylist who has been standing on her feet at work for the past 43 yrs. and these shoes are by far, the most comfortable work shoe I’ve ever owned. There is plenty of room in the toe box, and the cushioning factor is sufficient for me. I wear them with and without socks, winter or summer. I’ve spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars looking for a comfortable shoe, from athletic shoes, orthotic inserts, expensive designer shoes, to specialty shoes. There is a huge difference between shoes for walking, and shoes that enable you to stand in one spot for any length of time comfortably. Hurrah! These are some of the best shoes!! I now own 3 pair in different colors. They have no awful “break-in” period and are super comfortable straight out of the box. I wear them all day for standing on concrete and my feet aren’t super tired at the end of the day. They look cute with shorts or skirts! And, best of all, absolutely no blisters!
